There is a folder on my computer with the name “fun rework”. As I come across an interesting old photo I will drop a copy into that folder. When I have some time on my hands I take a look and see what I can do with those images.

This is fantastic. I got to say that the monochrome still registers the missing colors, plus it creates more texture, especially in the foreground. Great example!

Monochrome does something to make us look at the image rather than visit the scene in our minds.
Black and white. For me it’s because monochrome makes the trees the stars of the image.
